Consent to the processing of personal data
How consent is provided
When creating an account, the user puts a separate mark after reading this document and clicks the button to continue registration. The mark is not set in advance. The consent event is associated with an account, device, document version, date and time.

2. Contents of consent
The user freely, of his own free will and in his own interest, agrees to the automated processing of data that he specifies when registering and using PalCont: profile identifier and name, gender, confirmed phone or email, avatar, messages and materials, device data, network, sessions and security, as well as the results of actions in the service.
Information for restoring access and additional protection is processed only to the extent and for the period necessary for the corresponding function. A complete list of processing categories and conditions is provided in Privacy Policy.
3. Goals
Registration and login, confirmation of contact and restoration of access; communication and delivery of materials; calls; synchronization; security and anti-abuse; support; complaints and moderation; fulfillment of the agreement and legal requirements.
The automated assessment is preliminary. Significant account restrictions are subject to review by an authorized employee other than as a necessary emergency temporary measure.
4. Actions
Collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification, extraction, use, provision to certain recipients for the operation of the selected function, blocking, depersonalization, deletion and destruction.
5. Recipients and deadline
The necessary part of the data can be entrusted to the infrastructure and backup storage, communication, email and contact confirmation providers listed by category in Privacy Policy. Consent is valid until account deletion or revocation, unless the data must continue to be processed on another legal basis.
After termination of consent, the data of the current account is deleted immediately or no later than 30 days unless there is another reason. The content of communications is stored for six calendar months from the last confirmed event, the minimum information about the facts of communications is three calendar years. Residual copies of deleted data may remain in backup copies for no more than seven days. Financial, contractual and moderation documents have independent legal deadlines.
6. Review
Consent can be revoked by letter to palcont@palcont.ru or deleting your account in the application. To protect your account, the operator may request proof of identity. A revocation does not affect the lawfulness of processing prior to its receipt and does not stop processing necessary to comply with the law, resolve a dispute or protect rights.
7. Optional Permissions
Access to contacts, camera, microphone, geolocation and media library is provided separately through the Android system windows. This consent does not replace system permissions, and denial of a specific permission limits only the associated feature.
