PalCont User Agreement

1. Parties and service status

The copyright holder and operator of PalCont is individual entrepreneur Морокин Сергей Владимирович, INN 543241465060, OGRNIP 326237500403471. User is an individual who has created an account or uses available features.

PalCont may operate in test mode: some features may change, be temporarily disabled, or may not be available in all regions. This does not override any mandatory user rights.

2. Age and capacity

The User must have the legal capacity required by applicable law. If the consent of a parent or legal guardian is required, PalCont may only be used with such consent.

3. Account and security

The user provides accurate registration information, does not impersonate another person, keeps the password and verification codes secret, and is responsible for actions in the account until unauthorized access is reported or the corresponding session is terminated.

Sale, transfer, automated mass registration of accounts and circumvention of restrictions are prohibited. If you suspect someone else's login, the user should change the password, end unknown sessions and contact support.

4. Right of use

PalCont grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the available functions of the application for their intended purpose. The copyright holder has the right to develop the interface, functions and technical requirements, complying with applicable law.

5. User Content

Rights to messages, photographs and other materials remain with their owners. By posting material, the user grants PalCont only the right necessary for the operation of the selected function to technically store, copy, transform, transmit to recipients and display this material.

This right terminates upon removal of the material, except for mandatory closed storage in the volume and period established by law. The content of communications is stored for six calendar months from the last confirmed event of reception, transmission, delivery or processing, and the minimum information about such facts is three calendar years. Removal does not extend the period. Details are given in Privacy Policy.

6. User Responsibilities

The User complies with the law, the rights of others and the Platform Rules; obtains the necessary consents before publishing other people's data; does not interfere with the operation of the service; does not distribute malicious code, spam, fraudulent offers or illegal materials.

7. Complaints, safety and restrictions

The user can report an account, message or space through the available menu, as well as block the user. PalCont has the right to review the material and take reasonable measures to protect users, the service and compliance with the law.

In the event of a justified complaint, identified risk, security threat or mandatory requirement, PalCont has the right to limit the material, function or account to the extent necessary. When choosing a measure, the nature of the violation, the risk of harm, repetition and the possibility of a less severe measure are taken into account. A significant decision is reviewed by a person and may be appealed through support unless otherwise prohibited by law.

8. Privacy

Data categories, purposes, grounds, terms, recipients and user rights are described in Privacy Policy. Android permissions are requested separately and can be revoked by the user in the device settings.

9. Intellectual rights

The program, source code, corporate design, texts and other materials of PalCont are protected by law. Their copying, modification, distribution and commercial use without permission is prohibited, except in cases expressly permitted by law. Rights to third party components are governed by the licenses of their respective owners.

10. Availability and responsibility

PalCont strives to maintain stable and secure operation, but communication is subject to device, network, Android and external circumstances. Absolute uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every device and complete absence of errors are not guaranteed.

Limitations of liability apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not override any mandatory consumer rights. The user is responsible for the legality of his own materials and actions.

11. Free and paid features

Current registration and available free features do not create a paid subscription. Voluntary, free gratitude to the developer is not a payment for the feature and does not provide Premium status, privileges, support priority or moderation. The user's capabilities do not depend on the fact and size of such a transfer.

Paid functions are purchased separately according to the offer of the selected order. Before payment, the user sees the tariff composition, price, access period, cancellation and return conditions. One-time payment; There is no automatic renewal or re-charges without a new purchase. Tariff offer PalCont.

12. Termination of use

The user can log out or delete the account in the application: Settings → Profile settings → Delete account. Consequences are shown before confirmation and are described in detail on the page Delete your account.

PalCont may terminate access if there is a material breach of the terms, a security threat, or if required by law.

13. Changes in terms and conditions

The new edition receives a number and date. Significant changes will be announced in advance unless immediate change is required by law or safety. If you disagree, the user has the right to stop using and delete the account.

14. Law, appeals and disputes
