Posting a PalPara profile
How consent is provided
PalPara is disabled by default. An adult user fills out the questionnaire himself, puts a separate mark under this text and clicks “Publish questionnaire”. The mark is not preset. The server records the account, device, consent version, date and time.
1. What will be seen
PalCont users who have access to PalPara can be shown: display name, avatar, gender as a profile element, age, city, “about” text, interests, dating goals, desired gender and age range, as well as text about what is important in a person.
Full date of birth, phone number, main and backup email, password, PIN, confirmation codes, device address and other private data are not included in the questionnaire. Age is calculated by the server from the date of birth; the date itself is needed to verify 18+ and is not shown to other users.
2. Purpose and range of recipients
The purpose of placement is a voluntary search for acquaintances and communication within PalCont. Recipients are PalCont users to whom the profile is available through the PalPara, search or profile viewing functions, taking into account the current settings and restrictions of the service. Consent does not permit the use of the questionnaire beyond this purpose.
3. Confirmation of age
The user confirms that he is already 18 years old and the specified date of birth is accurate. The server recalculates the age and technically prohibits the inclusion of PalPara if the age is younger than 18 years. PalCont has the right to disable the profile if an unreliable age or security threat is detected.
4. Deadline and review
The consent is valid only while the PalPara profile is turned on. Disabling the switch stops its display and is considered a revocation of consent to further placement. The history of communication between interlocutors that has already taken place is not automatically deleted along with the questionnaire. The next time you turn on, the user makes an explicit confirmation again.
5. Safety and complaints
Do not publish your residential address, documents, banking information, passwords or codes. PalCont does not verify the integrity of each user and does not guarantee the result of dating. You can report a suspicious profile or message; In case of immediate danger, you should contact emergency services.
