Public offer for PalCont paid plans

1. Parties

The user makes a purchase for his account PalCont, has the necessary legal capacity and, if acting on behalf of an organization or other entrepreneur, the appropriate powers.

2. Item of purchase

The user acquires a limited non-exclusive right to use additional software functions PalCont to the extent and for the period of the selected tariff. Method of use: working with functions through the interface of the application and tariff-related services for their intended purpose. Exclusive rights to the program and source code are not transferred to the user.

Premium provides additional features listed in the tariff description before placing an order. Business provides a selected configuration of business functions: number of employees beyond the owner's position, limit of published positions and storage capacity. Specific values ​​and costs for the selected configuration are included in the order.

The offer covers only our own tariffs PalCont. Purchases of goods from store owners, payments to third party sellers, advertising, gifts and donations are not included in the scope of this offer.

The right of use is granted in territories where the use of PalCont and the selected payment method is permitted by applicable law. The current platform rules and user agreement remain in force.

3. Order and conclusion of the contract

The user selects a tariff and configuration, checks the final price and term, reads this version of the offer, indicates the email for the check and separately confirms consent to the processing of data for payment and check.

Acceptance of the terms and payment confirmed by the bank for the selected order constitutes acceptance of the offer. One registration or mark of consent without payment does not create an obligation to pay the tariff. If the order payment time has expired, the user places a new order and checks its terms.

The name, period, configuration, price and paid order number determine the individual terms of purchase. Changes in price or composition of new offers do not retroactively change an already paid order.

4. Cost and payment procedure

The price is set in rubles and is shown before payment as the total amount of the order. For Business it depends on the selected configuration. The user pays for the entire selected package in one payment. Changing the composition of a new package requires a new confirmation of purchase.

Payment is made using the method available in the order through T-Bank. Bank card data is entered in the bank's payment interface and is not transferred to the PalCont application. The availability of a specific payment method depends on the bank, device and payment service settings.

There is no automatic renewal, retained permission for regular debits and no paid subscription that arises upon registration. A new independent purchase is required for the next period.

An electronic cash receipt is sent to the email specified during registration through the connected T-Business Receipts service. The user checks the correctness of the address before payment. If the receipt is not received, you should contact support with your order number.

5. Period and provision of access

Premium is purchased for one, three or twelve calendar months; Business - for one calendar month, if such an option is available in the order. The month is not equivalent to fixed 30 days: if there is no corresponding date in the ending month, its last day is used.

For the first purchase, the period begins after the bank confirms successful payment and access. When extending an existing tariff of the same type, the purchased period is added to its current end date. The end date is reflected in the account.

If Business is already active, the new paid configuration is applied after the end of the current period. Until then, the limits of the current configuration are maintained. Conversion of remaining term between Premium and Business is not automatic.

If confirmation from the bank is delayed, access may appear after the order status is updated. If the money is debited and access is not granted, the user contacts support with an order number. A repeat payment is not required to verify the first payment.

After the end of the paid period, the possibilities of the free tariff and the general rules for storing data PalCont apply. Purchasing a tariff does not in itself cancel moderation and restrictions established by law or platform rules.

6. Refusal, payment errors and returns

For questions regarding refusal of purchase, erroneous or repeated write-off, non-provision of access and return, the user contacts palcont@palcont.ru or through support section. In your request, you just need to indicate your order number and description of the problem. There is no need to provide your account password, bank codes or full card number.

Requirements are subject to consideration based on the circumstances of purchase and the mandatory requirements of applicable law. Activation of a tariff does not in itself mean a waiver of the user's rights provided by law. If the law allows the deduction of actual expenses incurred, they must be justified and confirmed.

Refunds are processed through the payment service for the original transaction when the payment method allows it. The amount of the refund, termination of the corresponding paid access and the result of the processing are communicated to the user. Statutory deadlines apply; The period for crediting after the return also depends on the recipient’s bank.

Deleting an application or account does not constitute an automatic bank refund and does not deprive the user of the right to request a refund. After deleting an account, paid access is not automatically transferred to the new account.

7. Payment and receipt details

Data processing is regulated Privacy Policy and a separate consent shown at checkout. Acceptance of this offer does not replace such consent and does not mean consent to advertising mailings.

Email and purchase details are used for payment and receipt. Confirmation of accepted consent and information about the financial transaction are stored within the limits provided for in the agreement with the payment service and by law. Deleting an account does not destroy documents that are required for storage.

8. Use of functions and responsibilities

The user complies User Agreement, Rules PalCont, the law and the rights of others. The paid plan does not give you the right to resell your account or access, impersonate another person, or bypass service restrictions.

Availability of communication depends, among other things, on the user’s device and network. This does not relieve the contractor from liability for his own failure to fulfill obligations and does not abolish the mandatory rights of the consumer. In case of a significant violation of the rules, the issue of access and the amount paid is resolved taking into account the law and the circumstances of the violation.

9. Version and appeals

The original offer is in Russian. The user can save this page using the browser before payment. Editorial offices have separate numbers and addresses; The version specified during registration is applied to the completed purchase.

The new edition applies to new purchases and does not change the terms of a previously paid order without legal grounds. The law of the Russian Federation is applied, taking into account the mandatory rules that apply to a specific user.

Contacting support does not limit the user’s right to contact an authorized body or court. All mandatory consumer rights are retained regardless of the wording of the offer.
