Zero tolerance

PalCont prohibits the sexual abuse and exploitation of children, the involvement of minors in sexual activities, the sexualization of children, grooming, solicitation of intimate material, and the creation, storage, distribution or offering of child sexual abuse material.

The prohibition applies to messages, calls, channels, chats, blogs, profiles, images, audio, video, links and any other materials or methods of interaction on PalCont.

How to report abuse

In the application, you can complain about a message, material or account through the “Complain” item in the corresponding menu. The status of the case is available in the “Complaints and Solutions” section. If the built-in mechanism is not available, write to palcont@palcont.ru or contact chat @support.

Do not forward or store prohibited material in order to support a complaint. Please provide the link, PalCont ID, message ID and a brief description of the circumstances.

Measures PalCont

Reports of a possible threat to a child are considered as a priority. PalCont has the right to immediately limit access to the material or account, preserve the necessary information within the limits of the law, prevent redistribution and transfer information to the competent Russian authorities when required by law or necessary to protect the child.

We do not retaliate against a user for making a complaint in good faith and take action commensurate with the risk and nature of the violation.

Compliance with the Law and Communication

PalCont complies with the applicable requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation in the field of child protection and countering the dissemination of prohibited information. The responsible contact person for child safety matters is available at: palcont@palcont.ru.

If there is immediate danger to the child, you must also immediately contact the number 112 or the competent law enforcement agency.
